Contracted Timed On-Site Callouts
Many users and businesses require both on-site callouts and off-site support in the form of phone support and advice or remote management.
While we generally can provide such services as needed (and charge on a case by case basis) there are times when workload will result in delays.
However we have available a priority service for customer who pay a monthly fee.
The fee is based on how many machines and/or servers/networks you have, which reflects the probable likely incidence of you contacting us for the support.
The support contract covers:
Phone support.
Remote login assistance (we log in to your systems to help you or diagnose problems; this requires a broadband or better connection at your end).
Phone based advice.
Callout charges.
Either a 5 hour callout guarantee (during our working year), or guaranteed next day callout.
Twice yearly maintenance visits to check security, patches, hardware wear and tear problems etc.
Monitoring of reports from servers to check problems etc.
If we are required to attend your installation on-site (after trying to fix problems by phone or remote login) we charge hourly rates from the time of arrival to the time of finish. In general most problems can be fixed over the phone or through remote assistance.
Support covers hardware, software, anti-virus and technology help (e.g. staff questions), as many problems escalate if not reported or advised upon, having a free to call local phone line can help considerably.
Basically we aim to be your company’s IT support staff for a monthly charge.
As an example a server, network and 3PCs with maintenance visits and next day callout cover would cost £24+VAT a month or 79p+VAT a day.
